Post Midlands Based Sea Anglers

We are based in Leicestershire, so where ever we go sea fishing we have to travel some distance.
We mainly do our shore fishing at East Yorkshire, Norfolk and Suffolk.
Any venues to the west of us, Bristol or South Wales we would like to know about.

Access, Parking, Bait n Tackle shops and of course Early Opening Cafes.

Any info would be appreciated.

Cheers 4 Now

Thumbs up Re: Midlands Based Sea Anglers

Thanks all for coming back to me.

We take a charter boat out of Rhyl, but never fished from the coast line.

No we don't just fish for Bass, take a look around.

A couple of us were thinking of a recce to the Bristol and surrounding venues and it looks like I'll be giving you a call Old Smoothound.

Re: Midlands Based Sea Anglers

maybe you can help me smoothie i fished the north coast once and was fishing on what i can only describe as boulders with a kind of cliff top behind us there was a small lighthouse to the left of us (could see the severn bridge) although ive been told you can see that from many places i think it was portishead or ladyebay but im not sure

we caught cod there and it didnt seem that snaggy from what i can remember i know we went to the esso garage at clevedon on the way home too because i had a tenner which they took off me and tried telling me it was fake!!!!

i just want to know the name of the place i fished lol seemed a very popular place too!
