Re: first car

officially, my 1st car was a 1979 chrysler (not talbot) sunbeam 1300, but it got stolen & rolled while i was a learner, so bought a 1963 landrover swb series 2a truck cab (xkr857a) for when i passed my test, superb vehicle, paid £250 for it & managed to get to wales & back without any problems, much to the previous owners amazement!
it's spending it's retirement on a shetland pony stud farm.

omahayank, i'm mopar through & through, apart from a 79 amc cherokee chief, all my other toys have been mopars, currently got a '67 'cuda notch back with 440/727/8,3/4 for the 1/4 mile. even had a '76 new yorker brougham 400ci, beautifull boat & better than any caddy or continental, was a dream to drive round england, amazing on our narrow country roads, held the road like it was on rails, but then 2.8t weight helps ... & it still outdragged 3.0ltr capri's which were 1/2 the weight lol.
fancy wrapping up your fury & postin git to me for xmas if you've still got it? or am i being too cheeky?
