Who has a workout concisting of circuit.. before a fishing session?

Err why ???? i train from time to time but it is completly un-related to fishing lol I like to approach the session with the view of a calm day catching some nice fish not an exerting physical event, the fish arnt that big over here lol

Getting to a lot of the marks we fish are a workout to get to,on their own ,so no need .I do make a point of working out the contents of a pie when i get there tho

A what? I thought a work out was something you did with a puzzle.

as Mike says humping a ton of gear while wearing a floaty siut to the arse end of nowhere is enough work out for me .
however ,i was partial to a bit of circuit training - then became more partial to lager

Lol, I love a 5 hour workout, then hit the bankside... so tired falling asleep in my chair.. pretty nice and relaxing considering my exams are coming up.

Love this mate.. Do like my lager.. had an inspcetor arrive at my flat and had loads of lager bottles and can everywhere...

nah it was an inspector, checking health and safety throughout.

Your 15 ...acording to your profile ...lager bottles and cans everywhere !.. no wonder the world is falling apart.
