File Attachments?

Is there a way to do file attachments on this forum?
It looks very similar to vBulletin, but it doesn't seem to be able to do that.

I want to be able to attach Google Earth KMZ files so people can see exactly where the fishing spot is.

I see people seem to attach images by first putting them on external image servers as well... with KMZ files that means the user will leave your site completely.

If not, I'll have to start my own fishing site, and then link... which kind of defeats this portal...

Is it possible?

not as such but you can add the url to link to it .. without google earth people wont see it

Ok... I'm thinking that maybe the way to do it is to make a google map, place links on that, and then link to it...
I'll try figure it out...

One thing that is really missing on the web is just a map of fishing spots... a normal google will end up showing you the inside of some hotel resort... which is not what most people want.

Anyway... I think a board like this which allows KML embedding would be a great portal.

Well... it works but I don't like it... its much better if it goes straight to GE.
