Thumbs up Tuna Fish - Ireland

Just had a phone call to confirm that me and an ole pal are booked on a 3 dayTuna Fish trip to Ireland 11,12,13th October!! Never fished for Tuna... but have had reports they have had them to 500lbs this month.

I wonder if they'll take a fly?
Now all I have to do is tell the wife!!! Mmmm bribary springs to mind!! So does credit card debt!

Ah well!!

Hi Richard,

I'm no expert, but I believe they troll with squid bars. Locate the Tuna then steer the boat through them or alonside them whilst trolling. They get hook ups but then lose the fish. I don't know why but i hope i don't find out the hard way!!
