| Re: Early Ice Sessions *vid inside* Never had one that didn't fit... gotta be patient and get the fish's head pointed up the hole. Planning and forethought play into it too - fishin for big fish... take the big auger!! . The only time we use the 6" auger is if we know that there aren't any bigger fish than that.It's definately a completely different experience... almost voyeuristic. You watch down the hole upon the fish without it knowing you're there. Watch it come in, sniff your tackle / bait, and make the decision to bite or turn away. Pretty cool. |
