A couple from the rhymney

Fished with my nephew again yesterday,the first pool we fished with 3 weighted nypmhs upstream looking for takes as they came back down passed us. Not a twitch so we decided to move down to a bit of ruffled faster water
were this time we fished down and across ,
first cast just moving the nymphs slowly across bump,bump but no fish,
a few more bites and then finally i connected to 2 small grayling.
Gave BEN a shout to have a go were i was and he managed to catch these couple ,

a great couple of hours out on a sunday morning.

Magic post Jeff, I wondered when you were going out after greyling. Great pics, so jealous not to be out fishing. Is that section near the M4? Looks a cracking river on Google Earth.
