Talking Puerto Mogan

Hola,

I spent yesterday afternoon down at Puerto Mogan, Gran Canaria with my girlfriend and her family. I did a little fishing off the shore area using some sweet corn which my spanish father-in-law found amusing and asked if i was trying to catch a chicken!!

You can image how surprised he was when i started to catch Pejevedi(fredi fish) with it.

As I get more fishing in here i wish post threads with what i caught, where and with wait tackle and bait.

Jay.

Re: Puerto Mogan

The next time i go fishing i will take some pics of the area and of any fish i catch, fishing round the puerto morgan area will spaced apart as i have to wait til my inlaws are spending the day there or i can pinch the car.......

The best bit about fishing round gran canaria is the sea is nice and clear so you can see the fish surround your bait and hook and also its easy to see when the bait is spent to....

If any one has the opportunity to come here for a few days fishing i would advise it and the sun is sun is hot and the sea is clear and cool..
