Catch the Barracuda at today morning

I draving my car to Green Sand Fishing Port at 8:00 AM,I watched water surface but I not see the Barracuda fishs,So I'm walking and to throw my lure on the embankment.

I to throw Time and time again for two hours,No any fish to attack my lure.

In 10:15AM,I got it,it is a Barracuda fish and it maybe has 40cm size.
