| Re: up before the lark well i had quite a good day,had a 6lb common very early on ,this took a halibut pellet, highlight of the day was about 12.30 when i had an absolute screamer,it picked up a tutti frutti boilie place in the margins quite literally under my feet. a very lively fight resulted in an 11lb 4oz common. a quiet afternoon followed and i went home early. didn't enjoy it so much today,been to the same venue the last few outings and everything is getting a bit too predictable. will be fishing somewhere else for a while and for a different quarry. roll on the pike season. |
