out sunday what happening

hello to everyone going out sunday with a couple of freinds don,t know where yet ,just wondering if anyone been out and if much is being caught are the carp spawning yet any news would be fantastic tight lines all

hi chris i fished creedy on tuesday i think... managed 2 tench to around 4lb's but that was the only 2 runs of the day %99 of the carp were sat out in the middle of the pond mouthing at something on the surface which i can only presume was insect larvae of some kind very fustrating day but at least we saw plenty of carp!..... im planning on fishing newbarn today (as i cant get a lift further afield to the better venues) i will report back later on how i do but with a great forecast and the carp in that place mainly surface feeders i have a ton of dogbiscuits in tow and expect a good day out!

me again fished newbarn today albeit a bit wet and muddy (who forecast rain?) well anyway it p'eee'd it down most of the afternoon needless to say me in my t-shirt got a tad wet!

however i caught 8 carp all on dog biscuit had a 2nd rod out on the bottom didnt get a bleep! never mind a decent run!... best carp was 19lb 2oz ...going back for another session tomorrow

sounds good day only fished it once and blanked but will have to try again 1 day ,good luck tomorrow mate ,

to fish that place really there is onnly one method i find that works... certain spots work better than others but freeline dog biscuits catapult 4 or 5 out often as the roach in here are huge! and take the biscuits before the carp get a look in! i wouldnt mind betting there is potential british record roach in that lake but the lake is alive with roach so you would have to get through the smaller ones first..i think when it was drained 3 or 4 years ago there was 10,000 roach!!! no wonder they pounce on the dog biscuits the poor buggers must be starving lol!
