 going shilly friday hello all going going shilly tomorrow friday me and a couple freinds be there about 7.30 am if anyone fancys joining us shall be on middle i think anyone know how it is fishing there at mo not been out for a week [bad or what lol]taking freind wayne and his son again see if he can catch a couple more carp before back to school ,cheers all tight lines chris       |

| Re: going shilly friday hiya chris visited this place today... http://www.goodifordmillleisure.co.uk/ highly recommended!4 of us fished 3 adults 1 junior (he is only 10)... managed about a dozen carp between us plus 7 or 8 tench and the biggest rudd i have ever seen!.. great place a huge 7 acre lake (which is the only lake open at the moment) tomorrow we are going to visit another new venue to us..http://www.yuf60.dial.pipex.com/salmonhutch.htm sounds a good place and have heard good reports from friends so we will try it and i will post something on here to let you know how it goes! goodluck with shillingford i fished it bank holiday monday in the top lake and managed 7 carp 5 small tench from the top lake all on float fished bread tried loads of other baits.. luncheon meat sweetcorn pellets prawns and couldnt get a bite it was a strange day __________________ fishing for fish is not as simple as you may think! |

| Re: going shilly friday exellent day got there at 7.30am first ones there decided on middle lake fished right side top end ,got set up coffee ciggy first ..carp were topping already at 8.00am ,kept busy all day everybody caught ,i had 2 x 12lb common and a 15lb common 8lb mirror 6lb mirror plus 6 about 4lb mark did,nt bother weighing these ,wayne had a 15lb common as well and a 8lb and 1 small about 3lb and his son had a approx 7lb common .fished till 8.30pm could of stayed all night ,all carp were caught on dog biscuit apart from my 8lb mirror which was on feeder on meat ,was nice and quite there today which is nice sometimes all in all exellent day total carp for the day was 15 carp between us good session tight lines all   |
