fishing holiday to get over a hard winter

well not long now till the season ends 6 to7 weeks in fact
and i was chatting to my friend on monday evening about fishing in general .
now my friend runs his own fishing lake in france called Moorlands and i have been over 4 times and have had a great time and been looked after well every time i,ve been .
any way as the conversation went on i was thinking of the season coming to an end soon and decided to book a two week trip over to his lake from the end of march so i can recharge my batteries and catch up with him self and his family and catch a few carp as well on the lake and off the river soanne too .
my bait has all ready been sorted through tails up who i have bait tested for for the last 8yrs
and they have all ready sent me 30 kilo,s of the tried and trusted protovit
and now they are in the process of rolling my own combination for this years testing and i,m quietly confident in it after quiet trials last year .
all other relavent bait has been sorted too.
the tunnel is booked and just got euro cover for the car to sort out and i,m ready to go .
this actually started in gest at the start of our conversation but now i,m really excited and can,t wait to get into the carp over there .
but i,m still aware i have still got some weeks of zedding to do and i hope i can go over there with some really cracking news for him on the zander front .
and while there i might have a try on the soanne for a french one (now there,s an idea ).

then when i get back be a good long rest till june the 16th

Re: fishing holiday to get over a hard winter

Sounds fantastic. I have been looking through the magazines and wondering where I could get 7 days from to go over there.
