| i went fishing today and...... from 8AM until 2:30PM i caught over 20 fish. there were about 10 Rudd, 8 roach and 2 Perch. it was over 25 degrees and alot of people say fish dont bite on hot days, but i obviously have proven them wrong, lol. i used maggots on an 8LB line with a float. i had a good size tench on aswell but after about 10 seconds of fighting it got off!!! i dont have much luck with big fish because i created a topic before on that carp that got away! i dont know what i am doing wrong!!!! but i cant complain really if i caught that much fish in half a day of fishing.     |

| Re: i went fishing today and...... Well done chap.....sounds like you had a good day with plenty of fish and them peeps that say you dont catch many in the heat are normally right in my counts lol i never did have much luck on hot days on the ponds myself!!  Ollie. |
