 Got Some Today! very eventful Turned up at 11.50 at my local stillwater, was all going by 12.00 with 2 floats, 1 leger. Listened to my radio for 1 and a half minutes, then saw Southampton go a goal down! Caught one of my leger, not all that big, common, 1lb Changed one of my floats to leger, boillie on one, luncheon on other. Caught 1 perch and couple Rudd on float, using Maggots. Now we started, caught a 6 and a half pound Common on boillie, on a four pound line, got a couple on the todd with Luncheon. So had about 8 fish by then. (pouring with rain by now) I have a massive take with my Boillie, and miss the rod, it hops off the v neck holder, goes into the water, LOST MY ROD, after 15 minutes of trying, I got my rod back! Packed up went home, not bad for only my second time real fishing, I HAVE THE FISHING BUG!       |
