I'm up here in Wisconsin and was told recently that because of our messed up winter, and late thaw that the panfish won't spawn until really late, even though fishing right now is like early summer fishing. Anyone else hear anything about this? Or anyone hear anything about crappie/panfish and perch in the midwest recently?
