| River Tone Fished the "Town stretch" of the river Tone today looking for a decent chub. Very hard going there at the moment with fish feeding very cautiously. Feeder fished flake and liquidised bread for six small chub to 1.25lb and 1 roach that I took at the end of the day. My mate had a similar no. of chub and a nice dace of about 8 oz and he also lost a trout, he alternated between waggler trotted flake and the feeder for his fish.  __________________ Species so far for 2012 Pike,Chub,Roach,Ruffe,Mackeral,Plaice, LSD,Pout     |
