| 1st trip of 2012 Well after this warm winter that we were having I booked a long wk end of work fishing. But as my luck would have it mr frosty has appeared. Town parks is clear so I have a long week end got a feeling it's going to be very cold. tj     |

| Re: 1st trip of 2012 All home and defrosted!!! Friday night hit -7oc!!!! Woke up to find the whole lake frozen along with me rods. Then the worst happened at 7am fish on!! To say I was craping my self was an understatement. Luckily the fish came off to my relief. During the day the ice was breaking and moving wiping the lines out. The only other run was as I was packing up today. The coots and ducks were diving on any bait and picking up the rigs which also made it a night mare tj |
