| awesome!!! Hi all,went for a short 2 hour session on my local canal(tht ive just got as baillif) Wind was blowing about quite a lot,canal quite choppy.got everything organised and flicked my 10mm bloodworm boilie about 15ft out in front of me just in front of some lovely looking lillies,placed rod on alarm and got to some tiddler bashin with waggler and red maggot on another rod. 3 small bites and an hour and a half into the session my alarm bleeps once,then screams into a single 4-5 second wail!Hit the rod expecting a steady tench.Said "tench" has other ideas and takes me 30 yards up stream without even thinking about it,finally it slowed to an easier pace turned itself towards me n started to come back,phew! After a good 10-12 minute battle in mid-canal i slipped the net under one hell of a surprise,as my "tench" turned out to be this beast!!  Got my photos,packed up,and was home for 10 oclock so the better half was happy aswell,what a nite!! Thanks for reading,Gaz     |

| Re: awesome!!! thanks guys,i can only assume that somebodies goldfish got flushed n didnt quite kick the bucket lmao. i would say its a ghost koi wayneuk just because of the black colouring and the eyes |
