First Tench Of 2011.

Only a short report, I've been targeting a Tinca for the species hunt, and after a couple of near misses, I finally got one this evening, only a small one of around a pound and a half, but she shows signs of having spawned already.


Also took a small Bream, which I did not take a photo of, and a nice 7lb Mirror Carp.

The local lakes here are hanging around the 18oc mark which will make the fish pair up and spawn. It's a tad early tho. Tench put up a great fight.
