Carp fishing & Cat fishing

Alright guys, Going fishing next weekend at a fishery called Ashcroft Wood Fishery, Got carp up too 30lb and small cats up to 15lb i think, i really would love to catch a cat fish ! :P any ideas on hooks ? and size's for a 10-15lb cat and what bait would you use ?

OK mate, But what hook size would you use anyways cause to a big angling center soon and want to buy some stuff ready for summer anyways

What baits will you be using and size. That will all alter the size of hook you chose.
