conham river park

Just been up to visit my girlfriends sister and it turns out they live about 5 minutes walk from Conham River Park, which luckily for me sits right next to a free fishing stretch of the Bristol Avon. I have done a bit of research on the web and the stretch seems quite productive, just wondered if anyone had ever fished this stretch before and new the best tactics etc.
