Im thinking of hitting the waterfront this weekend, any one know hows it been fishing of late ?

I will, some has told me to try stretch of the canal near my home by the Coseley tunnel so seeing how I feel Sunday morning it might be there now

a good stretch of canal is in tipton, the canal runs the back of the coneygre playing fields, i was there a week back, had about 30 fish in 4 hours, perch roach rudd and tench, had a cracking rudd

if u see the 'B' icon on that, the canal is directly above it on the map, u can see it runs behind the football pitches

its a decent spot to be fair, cast around 3/4 across as there is a drop there, failing that cast as close to the far bank as possible as there is alot of overhanging trees, lillies etc...
