Exmouth Docks

Went down to Exmouth docks this evening for about three hours of the incoming tide. Not good. Ended up with lots of weed and just one little stone fish. Was using a 3oz weight with the anchor spikes but couldn't get it to hold the bottom. I was using rag worm as bait but nothing was biting. Anybody fish round that area got any tips would be very grateful.
