| Watmore farm 09/04/10 I know this is a bit premature but i will be going to Watmore farm a local fishery to me tomorrow, will update with pictures tomorrow and hopefully a few nice fish.     |

| Re: Watmore farm 09/04/10 Only got a few pics from the day, the weather was lovely so i set myself up in a nice little swim in a bay at 9:30 am.  An this is what the lake looked like by 10 am, no wind and already felt like it was about 15 degrees.  Decided to float fish the bay using a waggler float shotted up and straight to a size 14 hook and for bait i used sweetcorn and groundbait.   After a couple of house the swim started to build up and by 2 pm i had been rewarded with 2 lovely carp, one mirror carp.  And the second fish a much bigger common, although this one looks like it has been in the wars, the top half of its tail fin was shredded.  That was a nice end to my day by 2:30pm, i had to be getting off as it had a dinner date at 5pm. |
