| Bristol Avon Foxham Had a few hours spinning for Pike on the Bristol Avon at Foxham today. Not much to report really. Beautiful sunny day with a hard frost & the river was fining down nicely after the recent rain.Tried using most of my plugs, spinners & rubber lures. Did'nt get so much as a follow. Would have liked to try the small farm pond near the river, as this contains some good perch & a few jack pike. Sadly it was frozen. Did see a lot of cormorants though. Anyone got a shotgun  .... Hopefully get some Pike & Zander on the Sharpness canal next weekend. __________________ Don't Judge My Path If You Haven't Walked My Journey...     |
