Popped over to berkley this afternoon with my son arrived at about 14:30 to find the lake packed of which quite a few had been there over night.
Anyway Sam and i settled down far end of the Lake plenty of fish feeding off the top. Set up a waggler for Sam who was soon pulling Roach in and i set up a rod for fishing bread crust. Had a few small carp off the top which was great fun on light tackle also had to assist Sam with a couple of carp he caught as hes not 5 yet and those wildies pull a bit all in all a plesant afternoon. Nice to see the club doing well with plenty of members.

Although special thanks goes to the anglers who fished the middle swims just to the right of the island for the pile of rubbish left behind bottles, cans etc Will have togo back as this was one of the few times i did not have a bin bag with me. some attitudes need to change before we lose this waters which gives us some much pleasure.

I went past the entrance at 9.20 and was pleased to see some activity in the car park.

Sorry for not saying hello did see you go passed wasnt sure if it was you will know its you next time. At 9.30pm would of been me and my brother leaveing. Brillant day.

Rubbish has been collected, nice and sunny as I walked to the lkae, got there, sky went black and wind picked up.
It pi**ed down on me, brightened up when I ogt back to car with rubbish, which is now in my bin.
