| Re: Off to Todber for a Week Good luck steve just done got back from 48 hrs on big hayes. Its not fishing too well the lake is about 1 and half foot down and the sun has had a big effect on the fishing. I had 3 out but nothing bigger than 14lb and everyone on the lake was struggling it was so hot. My mate blanked and had one run so he wasnt best pleased. Its unusual for that place but hey thats fishing. A piece of advice take some wellies with you cause your need them to put fish back its that low and i didnt and ended up with thick clay up to my ankles and no way of getting clean again. good luck and let us know how yu get on. |
