Got to the lake at just befor 7am set up in peg 14. Another guy set up in peg 7.

Cast my ledger in at 7am by the island within 10mins landed a 2lb male tench. Next bit i missed then had another fish but lost it the landed another 2lb male tench by 8am.
Hope it stays like this for the day. Bit low on bait so got to be carefull with it.

Not doing to bad had loads of tench and bream few perch and roach.
Had a 6lb mirror and a 8 1/2 common.

Well done, I keep meaning to pop down and say hi, but just can't leave work in this heat.
How big were the perch?
And the lovely tench.

Perch were less than 1/2 lb.

Just had a 11lb common put up a good fight.
