| Fishing trip with the old man me & my dad took a fishing trip to Braintree & Chelmsford! Was a really good 3 days, Slept ruff, Drunk water, Ate from the gas stove, caugh about 4000000 Roach..  , I had my first crucian & a couple of carps, all around 2-3 pound, was well chuffed, Dad caugh a lovely Tench about 4 pound, was Just a really good week, had the lakes to ourselfs & nice to spend some time with me dad! Will put up a few of the pics & also put a link to the blog with all the other photos! http://blogs.myspace.com/index.cfm?f...ogId=496613118 all the stuff ready  First lake we fished ( fennes lakes ) Just caugh a few roach ect  dad chilling  Rad sunset on the water  Second lake Blasford Mill, really really pretty, was a plessure to fish  Ducks which wouldnt leave us alone.  Dad on the gas stove  my carp  dads tench, Put up a blinding fight on the fly rod.  Blinding sunset  More sunset to gaze @  Next lake was in billerikey, Essex but I cant remember the name! was very open & not very pretty I have to be honest, but the fish were absolutely Mint & put up a lovely fight. dads first carp  Making the tea, we forgot the cups so had to inprovise!  Our swim & stuff setup  my first carp at the lake  my second carp! a little bigger  but yea was a really good few days, I know the fish arnt double figures but I couldnt give a monkeys! Was well fun     |
