Off to crockerton friday.

Now im a member of warminster & district angling club im going to have another session at crockerton. Hopefully i Will get to try out my new carp rod and reel.

Hi Ben, we had a problem over the weekend on the lake, if you see anyone fishing the other lake please can you get hold of a committee member. someone has been fishing the garden centre and the club has been blamed and the owner of the lake is not happy, we almost lost the lake, also if you are fishing up on the surface keep an eye open for the wild fowl, the owner is very attached to them and one of her white geese was hooked over the weekend and the swallowed the hook and as they are her Pets she was not very happy. It just to let you know, we will be letting everyone know, but as you are on the Forum i thought i would save a stamp.

Last trip out I had a lovely tench and a 12lb carp.

Got up at 6am had breakfast then left at 7am to walk and catch the 7.30 bus to town goin to town at 8am then got a taxi to the lake.
Ive set up in swim 9 and fishin float next to the tree and ledger 1/2 between my and the iland opposite. My ledgers only been in 5mins and gettin knocks already.
