| First one of the year for me Hi Guys, Just have to tell you that I went for a mid-day session at my marshland lake today,not really expecting too much as the water is still cold and I am trying out some new homemade bollies. Sliding ledger rig on the Carp rod and wraggler on my new float rod. Only just over the hour and my buzzer goes mad,five minuted later a very nice,perfect conditioned Common weighing 8.5lb.is in the net. Really pleased because,as I say,not really expecting anything. Not even a bite on the float tackle,baited with corn. Would like to show pic.but don't know how to upload.      |
