Managed to get out this morning with my son, only fished for about 2 hours as the poor little chap started too feel the cold wind but for 4 years old he stuck at it until he caught a small roach.
Fished the pole for the first hrs and caught a handfull of roach


then for the next hour set up small cage feeder couple of roach with the first two casts then the third cast the rod was nearly wrenched out of my hand by one of the turbo charged wildies



called it a day then as my boy was now hid behind the brollie with my coat on
oh well got the species hunt off and running

Well done, Berkley shines again. That lake will soon be the 'Jewel in the clubs crown', esp when we've finnished with some planned improvements, mmore lillies, iris's etc.
Had a quick look at Crockerton, had osme colour in the water, but spent my time sorting out the toilet door.
