| Dammed Rascal, but I can claim a good % My usual fising partner JP, went to the Avon at Claverton. As I was house bound due to temps, cold no good for me. Well JP popped by my place to have a quick look at some new cane I'd picked up, and try out a sample of my new magic paste bait, Banana Steve tried it at Todber, and did well. Well he reported back that he had a new PB chub, 5.9.0, beating mine by 3oz, and a Sea Trout, 3.2.0, again, bigger than mine. But, thankfully, the final part of the tripple crown was smalle rthan both of mine, that was the BUllhead or Millers Thumb, was way samller than the couple I cought back in Surrey. I can claim that my new magic bait made all the differnce, although the Bullhead was one maggots, (from my fridge). |
