| Still a pike virgin The other half was out today wedding dress shopping so i had the day to break my pike cherry. I headed to lime kilns in exeter after my almost success earlier in the wk. baits were makerel, bluee and bream. weather was not on my side as it rained most of the day. set up about 10ish and fished near to the moored boats. stayed there till 2pm and the outcome was   im still a virgin no luck i will be back tho with fresh bait and renewded hope nxt wk end tho. tj     |

| Re: Still a pike virgin I think this weekend just gone was a bad one for us none piking experts, I've ha dtwo, and my friend JP has not even seen one 'cept in the pages of magazines. We tried and failed. Better luck next time |
