Coking farm next weekend...

Owing to the fact that only two of the origional nine ( Bananna Steve & myself ) who expressed an interest in having a Pre-France meet at Linear fisheries Nr Oxford, can make it, Steve & I have decided to fish a little nearer home this weekend. I suspect most people were put off by the fact that the Linear Carp have started spawning. The venue we have selected is Coking Farm in Dorset....

One of the reasons for selecting this venue is that, even if the carp are spawning, it contains Catfish. So at least we should be in with a chance of something. Although it's a fairly new fishery, it looks as though the lakes are well stocked, and there's a tackle shop on site too. If anyone fancies joining us, we will be fishing from midday Friday 16th May until midday Sunday 18th.
