Freshwater Species Hunt - South West Duo

Feeling rather guilty at my partner Steve adding virtually single handedly to our tally I dusted off my coarse tackle and set out for a Club lake early this morning.
I had the place to myself for the first couple of hours and set up near the corner into which the wind was blowing.

I fished sweetcorn on a staight lead close to some lilies half way across and floatfished a single red maggot on a size 18 next to the lilies in this picture.

I didn't get a pull on the quivertip but caught lots of small stuff close in, roach, perch, and one of the smallest tench I've seen.



If one of the Moderators would be kind enough to add these to our score I won't feel that I'm leaving everything to Steve. Thanks
