| Freshwater Species Hunt - South West Duo Feeling rather guilty at my partner Steve adding virtually single handedly to our tally I dusted off my coarse tackle and set out for a Club lake early this morning. I had the place to myself for the first couple of hours and set up near the corner into which the wind was blowing. ![]() I fished sweetcorn on a staight lead close to some lilies half way across and floatfished a single red maggot on a size 18 next to the lilies in this picture. ![]() I didn't get a pull on the quivertip but caught lots of small stuff close in, roach, perch, and one of the smallest tench I've seen. ![]() ![]() ![]() If one of the Moderators would be kind enough to add these to our score I won't feel that I'm leaving everything to Steve.
