fishy photography,/ night time,

help me out plz guys .

how do you stop the image of the wet shiney fish being too reflective?
every thing else around the fish shows fine but i can get no detail of the fish coz too much light is reflected.

any ideas?

Re: fishy photography,/ night time,

I usually hold the fish and try to tilt away from flash
still get the glare but not as bad as full on side shot

Re: fishy photography,/ night time,

i had that problem before, but my camera has a preset called "flourescent" and i set it to that and the glare has gone right down, its how i got the glare off the little rudd at the carrs.
