| thunderhole torquay i picked kiwi up about 4pm and headed to torquay for an evenings fishing followed by some mahoooosive black clouds  . got to our spot and set up 2 rods each with squid ,lug,rag,crab,and makkie then the rain and wind came  ..within a minute my ratchet goes screaming but i was taking a leak so by the time i got to my rod whatever was on had taken me in to a snag so that one was lost . i then got my first doggie (as usual ) then a few whiting then more doggies and more whiting.. kiwi wasnt having muck luck(apart form falling in a rock pool )sorry mate , had to laugh , but he moved over to where i was fishing and started to bring in the whiting and doggies , all in i think we had 12 whiting and 6 doggies , wet sannies ,wet feet and a good old laugh ...kiwi may add some pics to the thread later ... __________________ obsessed is a word used by the lazy to describe the dedicated .. species hunt team winner 2005 and 2006..with old smoothy..     |

| Re: thunderhole torquay Feet are now almost dry!! Just a couple of pictures of the evening. First is a Whiting that Kev caught and next is a brace of Whiting from yours truly. Hey Kev... You were so excited to tell everyone about my paddeling...cheers!! You had forgotted to mention that you had caught two Doggies on one hook!! I have never seen that before.
