Talking great service as ever(exmouth tackle shop)

we often whinge about poor service but I have to say today I just had the best

nothing major but just more than expected

Well I use exmouth tackle alot(too much maybe) but i like to see /try before buy
they always put up with me (and the kids) and have time and always seem to come up with deals and always have top current info on wheres fishing

well I went in yesterday and they had been seriously let down by there worm supplier(delivered them to shop in cornwall) said phone later to see if in
well i phoned last night and nothing doing so said not too worry as working all weekend and didnt order any

anyway job changed and i phoned on way home too see if any ragworm in as got a chance to go out and play tommorrow
well there had been worm delivered but had run out already(2.30 )

but and this is the great bit, they had put £5 back for me guessing i would ring

so big thanks to Rob and Teresa you are stars

enjoy the wine(yes i'm a soft touch but they deserve it)
lets hope I bag something big tommorrow

Dave

Re: great service as ever(exmouth tackle shop)

Dave - whenever we go in there in the summer they are always very helpful and good fun - if only I could get a permanent move to Exmouth I could then start being a ' regular ' !!

Hi Paul,
not sure where in Kent you are but I have used Ashford tackle in Sittingbourne a few times and they always seem friendly and do a good deal on whatever I buy.

Re: great service as ever(exmouth tackle shop)

Our local tackle shop isn't too bad, considering it's run in a bike shop lol......best service/advice/tackle and bait I get from nailors though....I phone him up to ask for what i want, sometimes I don't even know exactly what it is , I get good advice and he even send me stuff on approval......never had any course to complain.
