I have used various mail order, a couple of the better ones are

Fishing Tackle and other Fishing Accessories - nailorsfishing.co.uk based in Southampton, UK service is excellent, local boy and a helpful chap, does good bait too!

Askari-fishing.co.uk a german company, takes about a week to deliver but have some really cheap deals sometimes, remember though that it is european, so lead and barbs are the norm
