Great Customer Service NOT!!!

Well its been over a week now scince I E-mailed Penn with regards to my latest problem with one of there wonderful Rods

and am still awaitng a reply from htem. This is the 2nd time I have had one of there rods snap on me. Its nice to know that they value your custome once you have spent your hard earned money and then get a problem...... Has anyone else experianced problems with Penn???? Let Me Know......

Try sending a PM to Gary Caulfield,he`s a forum member and he usually gets things done quickly .... MD of Penn uk......

I keep hearing a lot of reports of snapped Penn rods.
Never fancied one myself,they make good reels but dont have any pedegree when it comes to beach rods.
Far to many better rods on the market,
if you ask me

Try Neil Mackellow, he's their UK consultant - and if I'm not mistaken, isn't he 'Blackbeard' on this forum?
Not sure he comes on any more....??

Got to agree with this,top bloke,he will sort it out for you.Penn u.k. have probably the best customer service of all the tackle companies,thanks to him & Blackbeard...

Have you tried phoning them? I have found them to be very helpful over the phone.

I have had a Penn Vendetta & Penn Villian both of them snapped on me one whilst fishing 24 hr comp and the other in the car for no reason after a day on the casting feild

have sent e-mail to Gary last monday and still nowt dont think he is to happy coz this is the 2nd time this has happened to me and told him i was going for a greys for the guarantee ooopppppssssss
