Forum Meet @ Open Championships ?

Just reading my magazines and had a thought - with the British Open due in March we could have a forum meet at the championships.

Anyone interested could fish for the weekend and if we are all crashing over somewhere it would be a bloody good chance to all meet up, fish and have a few too many beers and you never know - maybe win something !!!

I think its only 15 quid a head or 25 for the 2 days - what does anyone reckon ?

Great idea, only about 1.5 hours for me so wouldn't have to stay over.
Brid is a fine place to get drunk and fish or fish and get drunk whatever your preference!

iam in the match all ready as i live up this way (its not that cold, its only 0c tonight).
will be good to have a meet up this way but where do we meet is it mackys
near bridlington or some where else.

you can also fish in the pairs or teams of four but you have too fish both days.
