| When the wind is from the east . . . Well typically after ordering my bait yesterday, and deciding to head down to Chesil this Saturday, the weather forecast gets updated to show at strong easterly - it might yet die down, i'm hoping the southerly will hang around for one more day - Therefore does anybody know if chesil can be fished in a strong easterly, I'm gagging to get down there again, but might end up having to make do with the the Pompey side of the solent. All advice gratefully received, Cheers, Tony     |

| Re: When the wind is from the east . . . Sorry Gord yes i went to chesil yesterday. Couldnt get any bait through the tiny Bream there must be thousands of em. Was after a Trigger but no show, ended up tinsel bashing to fill the freezer up with winter bait. Nice weather for ot though. |

| Re: When the wind is from the east . . . fpo & myself mutually cancelled the pass for wednesday. we were doin' lots of work on the house + our little old dog suffered a heart attack or stroke, which left the missus a little upset, the dog has recovered a bit but is still a bit shakey ( she be a 13 years old pomerainian) . all being well , i'll be off chaseing thornies tonight.  __________________ beer so many venues, so little time. |
