| Re: Whiplash or Fireline Hello there soory about the pigs ear of a message attempt yesterday.What I would like to know which will be the best choice braid to use for 25-50 gram lure fishing.The choice is between Berkley Fireline or Berkley Whiplash pro,area fished will be around the Devon coast from rocks and breakwaters.Budget is approx £30. cheers Baz |

| Re: Whiplash or Fireline Hi, go for the Whiplash Pro, its the best braid I've used from a boat, its ultra thin! I use 20lb, as you're going lighter make sure you can tie a good leader knot as its so thin it can cut through nylon when the knot is thightened.  __________________ Poor prep= Pathetic Performance |

| Re: Whiplash or Fireline Fireline brilliant line, casts well, very few problems with windnots etc, 14lb for light lures/plugging, 20lb for heavier lures and light leads.  |
