Hello there soory about the pigs ear of a message attempt yesterday.What I would like to know which will be the best choice braid to use for 25-50 gram lure fishing.The choice is between Berkley Fireline or Berkley Whiplash pro,area fished will be around the Devon coast from rocks and breakwaters.Budget is approx £30.

Hi,
go for the Whiplash Pro, its the best braid I've used from a boat, its ultra thin!
I use 20lb, as you're going lighter make sure you can tie a good leader knot as its so thin it can cut through nylon when the knot is thightened.

Fireline brilliant line, casts well, very few problems with windnots etc, 14lb for light lures/plugging, 20lb for heavier lures and light leads.
