| Fishing tackle Insurance ? Hello chaps, Just a quick question for you......Have any of you taken out insurance to cover yourselfs when fishing on the beach? Meaning what would hapen if you were casting out wrapping your weight right round from behing you and the line snaps off halfway through the cast travels accross the beach and hits someone doing any sort of damage!! would you be covered if they persued it? any information on this matter and have any of you had any experience in this? |

| Re: Insurance? I have insurance through the NFSA. I have to join it to take part in cometitions up here in Scotland. I also have personal insurance covering me for the beach and when out boat fishing as well. |

| Re: Insurance? same as above, joined the nfsa as personal member which covers all fishing activities for just £17.00 per year for £5 million of cover worldwide inc membership (well worth it) + they fight for our fish stocks. contact them online. |

| Re: Insurance? hi Guys & gals we've had this thread before and the outcome was that generally everyone felt insurance in this day and age of "sue if you can" it was a very good idea to get cover. Especially the beachies. |
