14ft carp rod

hi going fishing today just wanted to no if i could use my 14ft carp rod for spinning many thanks

a little light perhaps,but you are not likely to hook into anything very big round our bit of coast so you will probably get away with it.

I use a 3lb carp rod for many years , great fun with a penn mag

OK for light work 2oz ect plus spinning

yeah i use a 12ft carp rod with 10lb line and its greatfun for the mackeral bashing, pluss you dont end up knackerd at the end either!
