| Abu Reel Hi all after getting used to my new reel (abu 650 cs rocket) im now finding that my initial thoughts about having a level wind were wrong, im sure its slowing the reel down and laying the line skewiff although i tried altering it the way i was shown, its not working..! |

| Re: Abu Reel Have you solved your "D@mn-!t" yet? Maybe try taking the pawl screw out 1st for a try. Or I dont see why you couldn't take the carrier off from the left sideplate. If Anyone knows this is wrong...don't hesitate to correct me. Good luck cuckoo __________________ A bad day fishing is better than a good day working! Having said that last night i was watching some BIG distance casters and thought i can do that (BIG MISTAKE) . I tried giving it some BIG wellie and to no surprise one massive nest, the reel is obviously not set for big casting , or is it me so i learnt a valuable lesson DONT RUN BEFORE YOU CAN WALK .!!!!!!!!!!Cheers lee. |
