where to collect crabs?

does anyone know of anywhere in kent (preferably around the thanet area) that i can collect velvet and edible crabs?

i'm gonna try tanking my crabs this year so i could do with finding a few places to collect from.

Dont think you will get any info big guy,if people know of decent peeler spots they usualy keep them very quite.

try looking around rocky place`s jetties piers harbours in and around and under the rocks, weed, any thing they can hide under
but they wont start for a month or so yet mate

is there any particular sort of ground that they prefer? do they prefer different ground to the commons? i know a few places for the commons but not for edibles and velvets.
