| Peeler Crabs Hi chaps. Looking for some info regarding crabs. Question. Can plain hardbacks be collected, tanked and forced into peeling. If so, would leaving the hardbacks, hanging over the side of a boat in a bucket with a lid and a few holes keep them alive long enough for them to peel. Next. This sounds a bit cruel.  I have been told that picking the eyes out of Hardbacks interferes with their hormones and bring them into the peeling stages.  Does anyone know if this is TRUE OR FALSE.     |
